Sports Overnight America Host: David Brody
Sunday- Wednesday, 1am-6am ET
David Brody has America's
sports fans talking for five hours. He gives listeners the story behind the
story, and offers challenging and sometimes controversial viewpoints, while
touching the humorous side of sports.
As of 1990, '91 and '92 New Jersey Sportscaster of the year, Brody's philosophy
is: "I believe most sports fans enjoy listening to a sportscaster who is not
condescending, someone who listens to what Mr. and Mrs. America has to say."
Brody began his broadcasting career at WDRC radio in Hartford, Connecticut,
then became the Sports Director at radio station WBBW in Youngstown, Ohio.
Brody's next stop was Princeton, New Jersey where for seven years he was Sports
Director at WHWH/WPST and the voice of Princeton University football and basketball.
Recently, Brody handled pre and post-game duties for the Oakland Raiders radio
network.
Brody enjoys the challenge of
speaking with listeners from all across the country. As Brody puts it, "I
have strong opinions and convictions and it's exciting for me to talk with
sports fans who share the same passion."
You can catch David as he takes
your calls four nights a week on Sports Overnight America.
